Giuliano Casulli- Owner & Head Chef

I was originally born in Putignano, Italy.  After finishing culinary school, I opted to move to Dallas/Arlington, Texas.  Then I became part owner of an Italian restaurant in Arlington, Texas.  I met my wife, Melissa, in Arlington and now have three sons (Vito, Alessio, & Marco) as well as a granddaughter.  After 27 years as head chef and part owner, I chose to move to Colorado to help open La Bella Vita!​​

I was originally born in Florence, Italy.  After my family moved to Holland, I attended culinary school.  After completing my culinary school program, I moved back to Italy.  About ten years ago I decided to move to the states.  While living in Dallas, Texas I met my wife, Shannon.  Later we had a daughter, Myra, and chose to move to Colorado to raise her.  After living in Colorado Springs for about 6 months the opportunity to open La Bella Vita came available & I couldn't refuse.
